Web & digital

A good website starts with good questions.

Before choosing a colour or an animation, you need to understand what the visitor is looking for.

A person thinks beneath a large bubble containing a question mark.

Start with the need, not the menu.

“What do you do?”, “Is this for a business like mine?”, “How do I get started?” These questions seem simple. Yet they shape much of the visitor’s journey. A home page can look beautiful while leaving the answers unclear. The design work begins by making them obvious.

One page, one clear purpose.

An expertise page works best when it names the service clearly, explains when it is useful and sets out the next steps. The details come next: specific services, the approach and answers to questions. This hierarchy makes it easy to scan without leaving out visitors who want to go deeper.

Making contact is part of the design.

A button is not enough. The text around it should give people a good reason to act and explain who they will be talking to. “Tell me about your website” is a simple starting point when the offering, the process and the person behind it are already clear.

Leave room for what comes next.

A website is also a tool the business keeps using and developing. Thinking about content updates and future needs from the start keeps every addition from becoming a whole new project. The structure deserves as much attention as the first impression.

The next step starts with a conversation.
